The current classroom resources do not require pupils to create accounts, enter names, or submit work through the site.

- Contact details, such as your name, email address, school name and message, if you send an enquiry.
- Account and subscription details if paid access is introduced, such as login email address, school licence information and billing contact details.
- Basic technical information, such as browser type, device type, approximate location, pages visited and security logs.
- Payment information if subscriptions are introduced. Card details should be handled by a payment provider rather than stored directly by Spire Maths.

- To respond to enquiries and provide support.
- To provide access to teaching resources, maths tools and future subscription features.
