Refund and cancellation policy

11+ Maths Momentum: A 10-Day Preparation Programme is a one-off £39 digital purchase for one child profile with 90 days of access.

Immediate access

Before checkout, you must expressly ask us to begin digital access immediately and acknowledge that beginning supply affects the usual 14-day right to cancel digital content. Checkout cannot begin unless both confirmations are made. A purchase confirmation records those confirmations.

If something is wrong

Your statutory rights are not affected. Contact us if the course is faulty, materially different from its description, inaccessible after successful payment, purchased twice by mistake, or charged without your authority. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, correct the problem or provide a refund.

How to ask

Email info@spiremaths.com from the parent account email. Include the purchase date and child nickname, but never send card details. We may ask for the Stripe receipt reference. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method and end course access for that child.

Exam outcomes

A disappointing practice score, 11+ result or school admission decision does not by itself make the digital course faulty. The course is independent of GL Assessment, local formats vary, and no pass or school place is guaranteed.
